Shipper Compliance Manager, Amazon Shipping

• Bachelor degree, or 2 years Amazon Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of working with ecommerce shippers and/or managing shipper KPI's

Amazon shipping offers Amazon’s delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping’s first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.
Our team is at the forefront of changing the parcel delivery industry in the Europe. In this role, you will have exceptionally strong data skills. You will also have an understanding of shippers behaviors, while being able to support shippers to ensure compliance to our terms and conditions. You will also be able to build mechanisms that prevents defect re-occurrence, while being able to scale these mechanisms at a network level.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

• Proficient in SQL
• Experience in the parcel delivery industry within a performance role
