**Duties:**

- Perform high-quality shoe repairs, including heel and sole replacements and stitching.

- Provide expert key cutting services, ensuring precision and accuracy for every duplicate key.

- Utilise engraving equipment to personalise a variety of items, such as trophies, jewellery, and gifts.

- Assist customers in selecting vape products, providing information on different options and accessories.

- Travel to our Medway shop as needed to perform shoe repairs, key cutting, and engraving services.

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including equipment and inventory management.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

**Skills Required:**

- Previous experience in shoe repairs, key cutting, and engraving is preferred but not essential – we're willing to train the right candidate.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and provide personalised assistance.

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to travel to our Medway shop as needed and adapt to different work environments.

- Basic knowledge of vape products and accessories is a plus, but not required.

Salary: £9.87-£10.24 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
