We are an independent, multi-award-winning business (most recently winner of the 'Taste of the West Midlands' 2023) looking for an experienced, friendly, motivated and talented team member to join our Farm Shop Retail & Hospitality team. Please note this is a full-time, permanent position with significant opportunities for progression.
Our independent business has an award winning butchery, bakery, farm shop, restaurant and events business all located in beautiful rolling countryside near to the NEC. We are also constructing a new hotel this year.
You would be based in our farm shop which includes our Artisan Bakery and Master Butchery which offers home grown and locally sourced products, including our own RSPCA assured pork and grass fed beef. In addition to the shop itself is our Café Seating Area where customers are able to enjoy treats from our deli and bakery, or can order from our sandwich & small plates menu.

A salary rather than hourly can be discussed with the right candidate if preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
