Role:
- As Shopper Insight Manager | Personal Care you will lead Perfect Omni-Store creation and KPI refinement.
- Shape high-impact Shopper Insights for global retailers.
- Drive shopper marketing strategies across channels
- Embed shopper metrics into Category reviews and brand trackers.
- Champion innovation through shopper-centric insights.
- Collaborate globally and locally for effective shopper marketing plans.
- Ground shopper marketing strategies in actionable insights.
- Utilize analytics for timely planning and execution.
- Manage agency partnerships for cutting-edge insights.
- Influence decision-making with robust shopper data.
Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in a branded FMCG environment in a category & Shopper Insights role
- Strong Market Research / Data & Analytics background.
- Global experience in matrixed, multicultural environments.
- Proven ability to influence diverse audiences and senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who makes decisions based on insight and data, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical prowess translating insights to recommendations.
- Proactive, curious mindset embracing change and innovation.
