Showroom Assistant

Reed is supporting one of the UK's leading manufacturers of engineered timber windows and timber doors, recruiting for a Showroom Assistant in the Clifton, Bristol showroom on a part time, permanent basis.

Part time hours (can be flexible):
Tuesday- Friday 10am-4pm and every other Saturday 10am-3pm (24-30 hours per week)

No product knowledge required, as full training will be provided.

The Clifton showroom has been recently refurbished, you will be joining the Sales Manager and Designer in supporting the business with:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both telephone and walk ins, greeting guests
Daily administration relating to enquiries and orders
Pass on enquiries to sales and design team to quote
General housekeeping to ensure an excellent first impression for customers

About you:
Friendly and confident communicator
Be passionate about the customer experience
Administrative skills
Competent IT user
