Our client is a luxury homeware company based in Godalming providing exceptional products nationwide for the home. The company is seeking to grow their team significantly and are looking to hire a Trade Assistant/Administrator who can provide excellent assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and delivering exceptional customer experience to our trade customers in the showroom and delevlop strong customer relationships
- Working closely with the Marketing department to prepare trade events and Marketing campaigns
- Offer advice and guidance on products to customers in person and via phone
- Generate revenue to meet sales targets
- Execute EPOS transactions accurately
- Identify sales opportunities
- Work with Interior Designers on bespoke projects
- Greet all customers and offer assistance
- Manage customer enquiries
- Communicate care and maintenance instructions for customer purchases
- Uphold presentation standards for the Store and back-office areas.
Requirements:
- Previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience working within a customer-facing role
- Proven soft selling skills including link-selling of complimentary products.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise effectively.
- Motivated with a positive work ethic.
- Keen interest in beautiful interiors with a creative problem-solving spirit.
Due to the location a car driver is essential
