Showroom Sales Advisor

• £25,000 - £31,000 including bonuses
• Team bonus - £1500 per quarter
• Stakeholder Pension
• 20 days holiday + 3 with service
• 35-hour week Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturdays (9am - 4:30pm) (One day off a week in lieu for Saturdays worked)
• Onsite Parking

Overview:

Working in a beautiful Grade II Listed and working for a Company that sell high quality products. The Company are very well established, family run and have a very friendly, dedicated and Professional team who really take pride in their work and providing their clients with a first-class bespoke service.

Job specification:

• Meeting and greeting customers and consulting them on their requirements and helping to provide a consultative solution.
• Dealing with enquires via email and by phone.
• Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
• Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
• Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom

Person specification:

• Confident
• Strong rapport builder
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience in using CRM
• Strong customer focus
• Well organised
