Job description
The service primary focus is on maintaining older people at home in the event of a crisis or unexpected deterioration in health. It aims to prevent hospital admissions. The postholder will be: Required to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service including word processing of documents and diary management as required. This will include the accurate transcription of communications from audio tape. The first point of contact for health professionals and members of the public making referrals or enquiries by telephone. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of a team database and robust filing system. .

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years experience in a clerical / administrative role OR 2 years experience in a clerical / administrative role. Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel or equivalent , Experience of minute taking.
