- Filing hard and soft copies, Printing and Ordering
- Data input on various platforms
- Maintaining trackers
- Meeting Room Bookings
- Booking in Personnel and printing passes
- Aware that this is a Construction Site Admin and as such it will be based in a construction site office (Can tend to be loud and lots of people come in and out
- There will be a requirement for us to put them through BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and Security Clearance
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have a good knowledge of MS 365 and Online Platforms (Platform Specific Training will be given)
What you'll get in return
- The role will be for approximately 18 months
- The role will be Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
- £12.00 per hour
- SN15 4XX
