Site Administrator

Your new role

• Filing hard and soft copies, Printing and Ordering
• Data input on various platforms
• Maintaining trackers
• Meeting Room Bookings
• Booking in Personnel and printing passes
• Aware that this is a Construction Site Admin and as such it will be based in a construction site office (Can tend to be loud and lots of people come in and out
• There will be a requirement for us to put them through BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and Security Clearance

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Must have a good knowledge of MS 365 and Online Platforms (Platform Specific Training will be given)

What you\'ll get in return

• The role will be for approximately 18 months
• The role will be Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
• £12.00 per hour
• SN15 4XX
