Site Administrator
Pinxton
Pay - 12.50- 14.70 depending on experience.
Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm
Friday 8.00am-11.30am
Key responsibilities and Accountabilities include;
Answering call and managing visitors including on site briefings
Create purchase orders as required
Manage fire alarm tests and drills liaising with HSE
Manage time and attendance entries for payroll
Support with sales order process
Support projects including T&A system implementation
Arrange collection, receipt of goods and delivery logistics
Arrange collection of and distribution of post
Manage franking machine and postage
Maintain customer databases
Provide support to all departments as and when required
General office administration duties
Stationary and consumable monitoring working with supply team to ensure supply
Support with KPI generation
Support with customer and supplier portal management
Maintain trackers
Provide administration support for HR Leads
Core skills/attributes needed:
Experience of working in a similar position
Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail
Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner
Motivated individual with a can do attitude
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
