The role of Site administrator is to successfully facilitate effictive site administration allowing the site team to successfuly deliver the project to the client and the residents. The primary objective is to ensure that all parties are kept informed of the required works, allowing the maintenance and construction work to be carried out with ease, as well as fielding any queries or complaints from the residents, as well as booknig appointments and completeing site paperwork.
As Site Administrator you will be working on a project which involves cladding remediation job on a block of serviced social housing apartments in Nottingham, where you will be accountable for:
- Booking appointments
- Liaising with residents and the site team to ensure all paperwork is in order
- administrative tasks including data entry, project budgeting, site paperwork and ensuring the material orders are sorted
- Monitoring the project, ensuring that the necessary documents are prepared during each stage and that work adheres to regulations
The successful applicant to the role of Site Administrator will possess the following skills / experience:
- Exceptional communication, people skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Reliable, Good timekeeping and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised, ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
