Site Administrator - BURY ST EDMONDS - Up to 26,500 per annum
Our Client, a leading Construction and Civil Engineering business are looking for a Site Administrator to join their team in the Rede area of Bury St. Edmonds.
As a Site Administrator, your primary role will be on-site management, overseeing and coordinating all administrative tasks associated with the project. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the Project Manager and site teams receive accurate and timely information.
Requirements
- Facilitating regular team meetings, both individually and in groups, to understand workloads, responsibilities, and project requirements.
- Compiling all works information for jobs.
- Generating site packs.
- Providing timely information to enable the quantity surveyor to establish budgets.
- Assisting construction Agents/Engineers/Planners in programming works.
- Compiling daily and weekly construction reports for Project Managers.
- Ensuring handover packages are prepared in advance.
- Reviewing the quality of returned site information, photographs, and asset attributes
Your required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in an Administrative role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Competent user of the complete Microsoft Office package.
