In this fast-paced role, you will be the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. You will assist with the booking of meeting rooms and also the Microsoft Teams management.
We would like you to keep on top of stationery and office consumables procurement and the management of supplies.
You will be heavily involved in correspondence and document management which includes the use of Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR.
We'd also like you to provide support to the Project Management and Commercial teams.
