My client is a successful logistics contact centre based in Birmingham! We are looking for talented Customer Service Advisors to join our client's thriving customer operations department, who is the beating heart of their business!
You will be a market-leader, who has been awarded some outstanding achievements within their sector, so you will be joining a winning team!
What you will be doing?
- Your customer's journey starts with you! You will be first point of contact for all outbound and inbound enquiries.
- Providing accurate information on products that is clear, fair, and in line with your commitment to ensuring that the customer experience is second to none!
- Building relationships and trust with customers effectively.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets.
Who we want to speak to…!
- You will have some experience of working in customer facing role environment
- Strong communication and great listening skills
- High level of resilience & motivation to succeed
- Great attention to detail, those little details do really matter
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work hard and love to smash a target
- Able to work across a rotating shift pattern - monitoring the calls from 7.30am - 7pm weekdays and Saturdays 8am - 5pm once fully trained (weekend working will be on rotation; you will not have to work every weekend!)

This is a full-time, permanent role which requires you to be in office on a full-time basis.
