Job Title: Site Administrator - Construction
Location: Nuneaton, United Kingdom
Duration: 6 Months, Part-Time
About Us: Currently, we are seeking a competent Site Administrator to support our operations in Nuneaton. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in administrative functions within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team.
- Manage documentation related to construction projects, including permits, drawings, and contracts.
- Coordinate communications between site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site inspections.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and facilitate procurement as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and construction-specific applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of construction terminology and processes is advantageous.
Location and Working Hours: This position is based on-site in Nuneaton, with part time hours (negotiable)
Duration: The role is offered as a 6-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
