Form of workFreelance Site Agent needed to work for a large Groundworks subcontractor working on a housing infrastructure (Plotworks). This is a long term freelance position. You must have experience in doing plotworks.
Experience Required
Directing on-site staff in day to day responsibilities.
Being the point of contact for Contracts Managers and clients.
Ensuring all on-site staff are fully up-to-date in regards to valid permits, cards and licenses.
Ensuring the site is run in an efficient manner and deadlines are met.
Ordering of materials for site.
Regular site inspections.
Ensuring Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in a similar civil engineering based role.
Experience of managing multi-million £ projects is desired but not essential.
