Site Construction Contract Manager

We are currently partnering with a Home Builder who are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

Our client is proud to be able to bring developments of large scale to fruition, profitably and within a timescale that isn’t achievable by others.

This is a temporary position initially for 12 months with a day rate of up to £250 per day and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing external work trades including brick layers, ground workers, roofers, cladders & window installers

• Pulling all of the statutory applications in progress to a successful completion

• Having regular communication with the housing association directly

• Completing inspections to ensure there are no snags on site

• Ensuring adherence with health & safety regulations

Experience required:

• Social Housing experience is desirable

• Experience with the Welsh Government Toolkit

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• 2017-2022: SMSTS Certificate

• 2017: CSCS Card Holder

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday

• 08:00 – 16:00/30

• Five days on site
