Salary Freelance site Engineer required for for setting out works to 2 large industrial units across 2 projects in Lancashire. Site Engineer will be required to work across both sites over the working week. We are ideally looking for a Site Engineer who carries his own equipment for this project.
The Site Engineer to work on the initial phases of 2 large new build indistrial projects for a large main contractor. You will be overseeing the initial site set up and an earthworks and groundworks package setting out for the new access roads, drainage and the piling team. You will commence the scheme other technical elements include CMC Piling, setting out for footings and bolt boxes for the steel frame structure
You will be onsite to set out the projects from day one, providing control, and setting out the site perimeter and the initial roads sewers and footprint for the building. You will be required to provide QA and Technical assistance to the Site Manager so recent Groundworks and Steel frame warehouse experience would be an advantage.
You will be working for the main contractor with an immediate start on site available for the right candidate. Engineers who carry their own equipment would be welcomed for this role, as we can offer payment via Limited company Outside of IR35.
