Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities related to water scheme development.
- Implement engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in water scheme or water infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of water engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
