The role will manage circa 10 live sites at any one time, working to a 100 mile radius of Milton Keynes.
The Role
The Site Manager will:
- Manage each installation project to final account
- Design the programme of works to meet the customer need
- Liaise, on an ongoing basis, with the design, manufacturing and fitting teams to maximise the commercial success of the project, whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Ultimately, deliver the project on time and within budget
The Candidate:
The ideal person for this Site Manager role, will have:
- Significant time served in the management of construction projects
- Spent time in something like refurb fit out, structural or decorative steelworks
- Strong commercial acumen with a detailed understanding of construction finance processes
- A customer centric approach
The Package:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa £50,000 per annum plus car and benefits.
