SalaryRandstad is currently looking for a Site Manager in Milton Keynes for HS2.
You must have at least 10+ years experience managing large civils projects. You will be responsible for plant requisition, coordination, and management of all site resources (Labour, Plant, Materials and subcontracted works) to maintain site progress against the agreed project programme.
Essential Requirements:
- CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, & First Aid.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word & Excel.
Other Duties Include:
- To be accountable for the safe delivery of the site works.
- Ownership for ensuring all required project documentation, registers, permits, and forms are reviewed and always available on site, ensuring they are briefed to the site team, managing change as per the POWRA.
- Ensure the work content and site risks are understood and the site team (including all supply chain) has the necessary competence to undertake the works.
- Complete detailed daily diary and site audits weekly.
Job starts ASAP, ongoing until mid 2025. After the completion of the project there will be further opportunities as the client has won a number of new frameworks for future works.
