Salary:£73,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Start Date: Feb start
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on industrial construction sites.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Procure materials, manage budgets, and contribute to project planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in industrial construction.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, procure materials, and ensure project efficiency.
- Mechanical or SIPS background
- Experience with unions
- Knowledge of NAECI extremely advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field.
- CSCS card and other industry-specific certifications.
