Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a passion for overseeing demolition and Strip Out projects? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Site Manager. We are a leading provider of demolition and Strip Out services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing projects that transform spaces and pave the way for new developments.

Location: Colchester
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage demolition and Strip Out projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise on-site personnel and provide leadership and direction.
- Monitor project progress and manage any issues or challenges that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in demolition or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are desirable.
