Avocet Recruitment are working with a Leading Social Housing Contractor based in Reading who are carrying out a variety of EWI / decarbonisation projects envolving Glazing, Roofing, Doors, Associated Decorcations, Some Electrical and of course EWI.
Actively seeking a permanent Site Manager. As a Site Manager, You Will Be Responsible For:
• Planning, organising and supervising the EWI work on site
• Ensuring the quality, safety and environmental standards of the work
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing the budget, programme and resources of the project
• Solving any problems or issues that may arise on site
• Reporting on the progress and performance of the project
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Experience in managing EWI projects, preferably in the Social Housing sector
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
