Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.
Our Lady of Compassion School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our school team of staff. We are looking for an approachable person with good interpersonal skills, an engaging professional committed to work alongside a friendly and hardworking team to support the children in their care.

- have experience of working in a school environment
- be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds
- take appropriate action to identify, evaluate and minimise any risks to health, safety and security in the school working environment
- comply with school’s policies and procedures
- establish constructive relationships and communication with all staff and other professionals
- recognise own strengths and areas of expertise and use these to advise and support others
- participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
- be able to work under own initiative
- be a reflective and flexible practitioner
- work effectively with our staff team at OLC
- be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school. Protected posts will be required to be a Practising Catholic.
