Job Description
Number 2 Site Manager required for new build school project in the Bodmin area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the groundworks through steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Site Manager will be working underneath a project manager dealing with all IT, QA, minute taking, documentation, software and meetings. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
