Smsts Restoration Site Manager - Penzance

SMSTS Restoration Construction site manager - Penzance - Rate GBP24.00-GBP25.00 per hour depending on experience.
We are currently in search for an experienced SMSTS Site manager with experience in a restoration project in Penzance, for a Local Contractor in Cornwall.

The project is a conversion of a former hotel into 7 apartments with a detached timber frame new-build.
The project is listed and at 1st fix stage.
the selected site manager ideally must have experience in listed/restoration building works with a good knowledge of building regulations for this type of work and ability to work and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
Min requirements to be considered for this position - SMSTS/First Aid/, asbestos Awareness/management, MS software including project/teams.
