Manchester Staff is working on behalf of a business which specialises in commercial & residential refurbishment projects. Our client is seeking a Site Manager to look after all teams on the construction site & ensure reporting is kept to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in commercial & residential refurbishments. The ideal candidate will have experience working autonomously and be aware what is required to complete a project within budget.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with all teams on the site.
- Ensuring site safety are always within health and safety standards.
- Managing allotted budget and making sure resources are in line with advised budget.
- Liasing with the commercial manager, clients & stakeholders.
- Delivering high quality refurbishments to on time and on budget.
- Regularly reporting / communicating the day-to-day activities on site.
- ISO 9001 certification or similar is highly desirable.
