About My Client:
My client is a family-owned business specialising in commercial and industrial flat roofing. Initially focused on Liquid Plastics applications, they have expanded to become a leading contractor nationwide, offering felt, hotmelt, liquid, and single-ply roofing systems.
Role Description:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing daily plans of activities for all site staff and communicating via daily activity briefs.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to programme specifications.
- Maintaining safety and quality on site.
- Engaging in daily communication with Contract Managers.
- Taking accurate measurements for material requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for learning and growth within the industry.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Essential Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS certification.
- Manual Handling training (desirable, but training provided).
- Working at Heights training (desirable, but training provided).
- IOSH Training (beneficial).
