Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a National Contractor in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be required to manage and facilitate the cladding contractor & consult validation surveys. Previous experience of working with a Teri 1 Main Contractor is essential and must be illustrated in your CV.

The role is a freelance role starting beginning of July and is expected to last for 4-6 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Assist with the management of costs to ensure adhering to the budget
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Lead the site teams in an effective and efficient manor
• Prepare internal and external progress reports
• Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• 3-day First Aid certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of construction
• IT Literate in MS Office
