SalaryI am currently recruiting on behalf of a high end house builder who have a fantastic new opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team on a brand new development.
The site consists of 30 traditional build apartments based in Southampton and on behalf of a social housing client.
You will be reporting directly to the Contract Manager and the salary would be negotiable DOE between £55k-£65k p/a + package.
Key Responsibilties:
Your key responsibilties will involve managing trades, health and safety, inductions, weekly meetings, liaising with client, keeping to deadline, keeping to budget, ordering of materials, running site from set up to handover, customer care and general day to day running of the site.
Key Requirements:
You must have proven experience and track record within housing. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date and current to be considered for the role. They are looking for somebody dynamic, with strong communication skills. You must be organised, reliable, focused, professional and adapt to a fast changing environment. They need somebody who is a strong leader on site who is focused on health and safety at all times.
You will be employed as a permanent Site Manager working Monday - Friday.
