Salary My client is a industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Construction Manager/Site Agent for a long term highways package based in Essex. My client can offer a minimum of 12 months worth of work and perm roles available.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager/Agent Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Senior Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Managing sub contractors
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing operatives, supervisors and engineers
• Programming
• Providing progress reports
• Managing materials and overseeing plant and operations.
Site Manager/Agent Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• First aid
• Experienced in managing highways packages.
• Engineering background (desired, not essential)
• 10+ years management experience
