Site Manager (Modular Construction)

£45,000 - £50,000 + overnight allowance + benefits + company vehicle + progression

Hull / Based Anywhere in the UK (Remote - Covering the UK)

Are you a Site Manager or similar, with any background in modular construction or steel buildings, seeking a totally autonomous role, where you will travel to sites across the UK, managing projects and people for the effective delivery of high-spec modular buildings, adding value to a rapidly growing business with the potential to progress in the long term?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing SME, in a role you can make your own. You will be an integral part of the team, managing a diverse range of modular build projects across the UK. You will be client-facing, responsible for managing projects from sign off to final build and handover.

The role:

• Working on sites across the UK - typically staying away Mon-Fri
• Completing pre-works checks - HSE, suitability etc
• Complete risk assessments and method statements prior to works starting
• Arrange labour and resource for the project
• Ensure you are onsite at the start of the project to complete handover to subcontractors
• Monitor the progress and performance of subcontractors, ensuring any issues onsite are resolved, and that projects are being completed efficiently and to budget
• Attend site at the end of the project to ensure works are completed to a high standard, then completing a handover with the client

The person:

• Site Manager, or Project Manager with Site-based experience
• Background in Modular Construction, or Steel Buildings
• Full Driving Licence
• Happy staying away Mon-Fri
