Working alongside the Security Operations Assistant Manager, the Site Security Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the site and all extended property are kept safe and secure, whilst working in line with group policies and legislation.
Working closely with the Security Team and other departments across the Resort, you will create, implement, and manage procedures to ensure a smoothly run operation, guaranteeing Health & Safety and guest experience are never compromised.
As the department operates 24hr/365 days a year, this role will cover both Day & Night operations, taking primary responsibility for the Security Control Room, Business Reception and Security Night Guard Team.
Qualifications & Experience
- An active an SIA license (Door Supervisor Level 2).
- Ideally hold an SIA CCTV Operator license (desirable, but not essential)
- Over 18 years of age.
- Experience in the use of CCTV Systems.
- Proficient in a variety of communications systems, including radio and telephone use.
- Requires great administrative skills, with experience in the use of Windows operating systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and e-mails.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to all types of guests.
- A proven track record of excellent People Management and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling are required.
