The role of a Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all people and day-to-day operational issues impacting on the contract throughout your shift, providing a central point of contact for service delivery development, performance, measurement and centralised reporting. This position is key to the operational success of the team and is required to strengthen the relationship between the client and Securitas We are an internationally successful, protective services and security provider, combining cutting-edge technology with world-class security intelligence and our global network of experts cover every security risk.

- 50 hours per week
- Rostering and forward planning reporting officers ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and holidays.
- Maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring coaching, counselling and any investigations are implemented in line with company policy.
- Monitoring and managing the appearance and behaviours of all Security personnel.
- Encourage staff recognition and staff nominations for awards.
- Ensure site documentation is kept up to date.
- All incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures.
- Planning, development and implementing staff training.
- Monitor faults with security related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly.
- Be fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems
- Participate in any arranged company training to improve standards of performance.
- To be the first point of contact on their shift for security function related queries.
- SIA Licence.
- 5+ Years experience
- Has SC clearance or the ability to gain one.
- Must have a full clean manual driving licence with access to a vehicle.
