SalaryRole and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors on-site, specifically focusing on Passive Fire measures such as fire doors, fire stopping, and overall compartmentation. The ideal candidate will have a technical joinery background with strong compliance knowledge and experience in overseeing fire stoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with Passive Fire measures including fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation.
Utilise technical joinery background and compliance knowledge to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.
Assist on the tools when required, providing guidance and support to subcontractors.
Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site at all times.
Complete necessary documentation and reports related to site activities.
Typical project types include schools and care homes, requiring a high level of attention to detail and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role, preferably in Passive Fire Site Working.
Technical joinery background with strong compliance knowledge.
Experience overseeing fire stoppers and ensuring compliance with Passive Fire measures.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Valid driver's licence.
Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
Benefits:
Competitive salary package ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
Company vehicle provided for travel to and from project sites.
