Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding, and we are looking to employ a full time and experienced Site Supervisor for our Installation Department.
The successful candidate would be providing an efficient and high-quality installation service to our prospective and current clients, working within a small team. Working with the Managing Director and Planning Co Ordinator, to ensure that each job is completed accurately, on time and to the agreed budget.
Key Accountabilities
- Working under the direction of the Managing Director to ensure that site installations are correctly and safely undertaken and are completed on time and within budget. This will include staying away from home on occasions and working outside normal hours of Monday to Friday when needed.
- Providing a great service to our clients including liaising with the Planning Coordinator on any problems or issues that arise and working to resolve them.
- Completing any required information and returning this to colleagues on the tablet management system.
- Ensuring that stock is used properly and correctly accounted for.
- Taking responsibility for people reporting to you and being proactive with their development when required.
- Ensuring that you comply with the health and safety requirements for each site and that you wear any PPE that may be required and take any other appropriate risk reduction measures.
All candidates must have:
- Be over the age of 30 and at least 5 years groundworks/drainage experience.
- Experience working for Residential Customers
- Less than 6 points on licence and no accidents in the last 3 years
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proactive attitude
Schedule:
- Willingness to work a minimum of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility for optional overtime at weekends.

Additional Information
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
