Site Supervisor

Greener Facility Management Ltd, a leading professional security company committed to creating safe and secure working environments, has been successfully serving various sectors since 2019. As part of our strategic expansion, we are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
Main duties include:
• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Coordinate and supervise activities to guarantee efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead and motivate on-site personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of on-site operations.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and facilities.
Skills and Education:
• Proven one year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with security and safety protocols.
• Ability to make quick decisions and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
