Skilled Labourer required to work for a housing association for an initial 4-6 month period working alongside the multi skilled trades people in delivering refurbishment schemes to empty properties in and around the Crewe area.
Duties:
- Carry out associated minor repairs, clearance and clean works within and outside the property, including groundwork and painting.
- Deliver material and collect material for disposal, ensuring all waste is disposed of correctly.
- Contribute to team objectives to ensure the delivery of a great customer service and the achievement of operational KPIs.
- Provide accurate information of work completed, in accordance with legislative and company requirements and procedures.
You will also be required to perform minor remedial works such as painting and external repairs to properties as required.
A van will be provided for business use so a driving licence is a must and previous experience in a similar role is required. The contract will be reviewed following the initial period with a possibility of it being extended.
