The Smart Buildings business makes some of the most iconic buildings come alive!

We’re one of the largest building controls companies in the UK, renowned for its sustainability credentials; and the highest levels of accreditation and market position with leading technology companies including Honeywell (Trend, Tridium & Niagara); Siemens and Distech.

 Our business helps achieve optimised working environments leading to reductions in buildings’ energy consumption through the installation and maintenance of a variety of building control technologies, including Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS), and the application of data analytics to provide building performance insights.

In addition to building control technologies we deploy smart energy infrastructure solutions including: solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
