Our Social Care Academy is looking to recruit an Academy Coordinator to help make a positive difference for our children and families.

Following our inspection in 2022 Ofsted recognised the momentum and investment in Children’s Services. We launched the Lambeth Social Care Academy in May 2023 to support a skilled Social Care workforce and excellent leaders.
You will be joining a well-regarded, passionate, and committed Academy team.
About the Role
You will support the overall aims of the Lambeth Social care Academy through efficient and effective coordination of programmes and budgets. To support the development and implementation of systems to aid the Social Care Academy in meetings its aims and responsibilities, support the Training and Development programme and the recruitment of NQSWs, practice assessors and practice educators. You will have excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills.
