OVERVIEW:
• This award winning law firm continues to experience significant success and continues to go from strength to strength across all the sectors it is active in.
• It is currently looking to appoint a Solicitor to join its team in Birmingham that specialises in providing advice to clients across the health and Social Care sectors for children and young people.
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors up to 5 Years PQE with a real interest in developing a career in health, Social Care and education law.
• The role will involve advising clients on a range of child health, Social Care and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Experience in children's and education law and a good understanding of the Children Acts, the Mental Capacity Act and the Education Acts would be advantageous.
