About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Social Media and Communications Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing our consumer facing Communications and Marketing strategy, to build strong consumer relationships and encourage brand loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media and Communications Manager to own an integral area of the overall marketing strategy and support wider business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading on Social Media strategy to ensure growth of consumer channels
- Developing and managing Internal comms strategy
- Plan and execute the B2C communications strategy, manage activities and outputs against set coverage KPI’s
- Provide support on co-marketing partnerships and activations
- Day to day management of comms and Social Media agencies
- Influencer campaign strategy and implementation
- Ensuring that the InPost brand, TOV remains consistent across all touch points across the business and to consumers
- Responsible for regular reporting to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement
What we need from you:
- 3+ years B2C Social Media marketing and Communications experience
- Experience working across a range of multi-media channels with competency in digital marketing and content creation
- Demonstrate growth of Social Media channels
- Experience with Internal comms strategy and roll out
- Project management skills including experience of working across co-marketing partnerships and consumer activations
- Ability to support, identify and establish partnerships that align with the brand's values and resonate with InPost consumers (brands, influencers)
- Confidence in managing Key Internal Stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- You are creative and a natural communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances - the business moves quickly!
- A strong appetite to get ‘stuck in’ and work collaboratively in your team and cross-functionally
- Plugged into culture and constantly on the lookout for the ‘new & next’ innovative opportunities and trends
