The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of Social Media communications within the Executive Communications team. This role is an important and integral role for the team as it will support the delivery of various communication initiatives related to the delivery of the executive strategy.

In this role you will:

•    Social media account management and development
•    Governance and Impact Measurement of HSBC’s Social Media activities
•    Collaboration and coordination of different teams to ensure a cohesive Social Media strategy 
•    Helping to take the bank’s Social Media presence to the next level

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Strong expertise in, and experience of, effectively using social media in a corporate setting, either in-house or at a PR agency
•    Strong understanding of LinkedIn and how it fits into broader communications strategies
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
•    Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus

This role is based in London on a hybrid basis.
