Have a good understanding of our clients and what we provide them with.Provide day-to-day assistance in the management of brand social media communities. Responding to all comments, posts, enquiries on social media. , Experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.Knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.Experience of marketing & fundraising concepts. Ability to produce innovative & inspiring videos to showcase human interest stories. Ability to produce and design engaging material using Canva and/or Photoshop.
