We are dedicated to helping business owners build their ideal business using Profit First methods. We run online courses and memberships along with 1-1 Advisory. As a Social Media Administrator, you will be responsible for helping to manage the company's Social Media strategy. Your primary focus will be to create, curate, and schedule compelling content, interact with followers, monitor trends, and help drive our brand's growth on Social Media. .

A keen interest in social media and a desire to develop in digital marketing

A willingness to develop your knowledge in digital, Canva and social media platforms including scheduling tools.

A willingness to learn about our systems and work on our website FEA Create. Training will be available online through the FEA Create Portal.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram), their audiences, and best practices.

An interest to develop in LinkedIn skills.

Good written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative mindset and ability to create engaging visual and written content.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.

A confidence to develop content and bring ideas to the senior team
