Introduction

Technology is rewriting the rules of talent acquisition – at speed. The battle for talent is now a battle of wits, expertise, risk-taking, creativity.  Organisations want a partner who will help them outthink the competition. That partner could be you.

We are seeking an innovative Social Media & Community Manager to craft compelling narratives and powerful content that resonates across platforms and audiences. The ideal candidate will be a detail orientated planner who can orchestrate engaging and culturally relevant content across Social Media platforms, enhancing our agency's reputation and contributing to our clients' success.

As our Social Media and Community Manager, you'll be the torchbearer for our client's' online presence, steering the direction of content, community and engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating client briefs into innovative and impactful digital content strategies.

  • Involvement in client pitches and proposals, contributing to proposals and ideation.
  • Reporting on activity and developing monthly and or end of campaign reports.
  • Co-ordinating client events, around early careers, influencer or employer brand activations.
  • Project managing delivery for multiple clients and managing client expectations.
  • Teaming up with our creative brigade – copywriters, designers, videographers – ensuring they're in sync with the bigger picture. Co-ordinating delivery of assets in line with client expectations and project plan.
  • Streamlining content schedules and ensuring punctual, top-tier delivery.
  • Moulding and refining content for our digital and Social Media channels.
  • Partnering with external allies, from influencers to vendors, to bolster our content reach.
  • Syncing with the wider team to interweave content strategies with broader Social Media goals.
  • Being the bridge between our agency and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Elevating brand narratives by developing and adhering to content guidelines and brand tonality.
  • Harnessing content analytics to make informed decisions, always striving for greater engagement and reach.
  • Staying updated on the digital landscape, ensuring we're always a step ahead.
