Who we’re looking for:

Ardmore is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Content Creator to join our Social Media Team to create engaging and original social content.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working as part of the Social team producing digital concepts for client communications.

·Creating mobile-first video content (both short and long-form), images and onscreen graphics.

·Creating excellent written copy for social posts, onscreen graphics, subtitles etc.

·Creating content for various platforms including – but not limited to – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X and LinkedIn.

·Creating content with an understanding of the objectives, tone of voice, visual identity and target audience of our various clients.

·Staying up-to-date with current Social Media trends, viral content and industry updates in order to create the right platform-specific content at the right time.

·Planning, managing and scheduling content calendars.

·Analysing social performance, tracking KPIs, as well as recommending and implementing content changes for optimal performance.

  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all creative work at every stage.

·Living and breathing all things social!

  • Participate in training and development opportunities, staff performance appraisals and reviews as required.

  • Comply with Data Protection Regulations with regard to safeguarding sensitive customer information at all times.

  • Perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

  • Adhere to and support all other company policies, procedures, processes and working practices, including adhering to best practice.
