Our client is part of an award-winning global network agency working with brands spanning industries such as FMCG, retail, and tech.
Responsibilities
- Foster and manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Social Media inquiries.
- Develop tailored Social Media strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
- Lead and guide a team of Social Media professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage budgets efficiently, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
About you
- 5 years' working experience in Social Media within an agency environment
- Experience line managing, with the ability to inspire and guide a small team towards achieving goals.
- Proficiency in developing Social Media strategies that drive business growth and align with client objectives.
- Skilled in articulating ideas, managing client relationships, and collaborating with teams.
- Strong capability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Capacity to devise innovative content strategies and campaign ideas to engage target audiences effectively.
